Position Description:

As a Level II IT Specialist at Crumbacher you will provide IT management for small and medium size businesses and organizations. Crumbacher IT specialists work in a variety of dynamic environments providing services from network and server management to desktop support.

Successful candidates shall meet all of the following criteria:

1) Knowledge of / hands-on experience:

• Troubleshooting and managing Windows 10/11 devices
• Troubleshooting and managing MacOS devices
• Troubleshooting and managing NAS devices (Synology)
• Computer maintenance, virus removal, common business application support, local and cloud backups
• Troubleshooting and managing Windows Server 2016+
• Hyper-V
• Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace
• Wired and wireless networking fundamentals (Ubiquiti)
• Fundamental firewall setup, configuration, and troubleshooting knowledge (Sonicwall)

2) Minimum 2 years of IT work experience with at least 1 year of networking or help desk experience

3) Must have clean driving record

This is a full time position with an initial 90 day probation period.
