Tristar Tech Solutions is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Web Team on a part-time, remote basis. You'll design clean, conversion-focused interfaces for websites, ecommerce stores and digital products — taking work from early concepts through to polished, developer-ready designs.

This role is open to candidates based in Kosovo.

What you'll do

• Turn business goals and user needs into clear sitemaps, user flows and wireframes
• Design modern, responsive UI for web and ecommerce (product, category, basket, checkout, account)
• Build and maintain a reusable design system / component library in Figma
• Apply accessibility best practice (WCAG 2.2 AA)
• Hand over organized, developer-ready files and specifications
• Collaborate directly with our team on feedback and iteration

What you'll bring

• 3+ years' experience in UX/UI, web or digital design, with a strong portfolio showing both process and polish
• Advanced Figma skills (components, auto layout, prototyping, shared libraries)
• Experience designing for CMS/ecommerce platforms (WordPress, OpenCart, Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Solid grounding in typography, layout, colour and responsive/mobile-first design
• A practical understanding of HTML/CSS
• Great communication — comfortable explaining design decisions and taking feedback

Nice to have: usability testing experience, analytics tools (GA4 / Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity), design tokens or Storybook, dashboard or app design, basic front-end/Git knowledge, motion or illustration skills.

Compensation: €15 per hour, part-time, remote (Kosovo), immediate start.
